We prepare your site prior to building through sub-groundworks and drainage, to foundations and footings. A wealth of knowledge for groundworks and preparing all sub levels by laying drains, cabling, and utilities ready for construction.
Decorating and Finishing
Do you like the idea of having your project handed back complete? RISE Construction will undertake all aspects of the finishing from painting and decorating to flooring, meaning you do not have to engage with multiple trades and saving you time and budget.
Superstructures
We provide a complete build package for domestic or commercial sectors and will liaise with architects for the design and construction to your specifications. It may be working with a Principal contractor or using RISE Construction as sub-contractors, either way we are happy to help.
Knock throughs
Want to create open plan living space by removing a dividing wall between your kitchen and dining room to create a more sociable living and dining space for you and your family? We specialise in knock through construction allowing internal walls to be removed for increased living space. Care is taken to ensure the correct beam or lintel is installed alongside the structural engineers’ specifications.
Steel Structural beams
Structural engineers must consider many things when endeavouring to make structural designs a reality. One of the most important considerations will be stability. Stability is essential when ensuring that structures are safe and long-lasting. RISE Construction are expert at creating the steel structure required in order to bring the project to reality.

Do your plans already specify the type of foundation required? We can undertake strip, pad and raft foundation, ensuring all specifications are met and if your project requires something more specialist, we can also undertake mini piles, deep piles and underpinning where appropriate.
hard landscaping
Many extensions and projects have some sort of impact on the outside space of the property as well as the inside. Have confidence that we can undertake the hard landscaping required to complete the project. From patio to garden structures, we RISE to the challenge!
Stone Masonry
We bring craftmanship, commitment and integrity to your project. We operate as the main contractor or subcontractor and can provide reports for use in surveys and historical conservation. Our team consists of experienced masons, carvers and a specialist walling team who use traditional techniques to create distinctive work.
